The beauty of Fine art is to capture the beauty and delicacy of a person in a single image.

This portrait is a study in the interplay of fabric and light, with the subject's piercing gaze drawing the viewer into a narrative wrapped in the rich tones of her draped, burgundy garment. One of my most favourite photos from this photoshoot with the ex ballet dancer Jura. It was amazing for her going back to the stage and a privilege for me to shoot her!
