Fifty-Eighth Collection
We all know the day, when everyone wants to give something special for loved one. I came up with idea to create beautiful heart full of roses as a symbol of Love for Valentine's Day. My makeup artist mentioned, that she always wanted to try Pinup style. I said "Why not, let's do it both". And We Did It!
I love playing around with fabrics and draping and in this instance, we made this dress from a single piece of fabric. It is a gorgeous orange in color but I love how it turned out in the black and white version.
Take a bath in the middle of the river.
The story of a bathtub that came out of the bathroom
A whole expedition to cross fields and the forest.
Leave it to the Italians to take something ridiculously crude and utilitarian, and turn it into high fashion. (We cannot be sure it was them in this case; but who else?)
In ancient times, bags made of sackcloth were used for two related purposes:
For carrying grain home from the market.
For toting your most prized possessions, so that all the nosey passersby would think you were just carrying grain home from the market.
But those days are long gone. It's now a thing of beauty.
Your woman is your grain of truth -- the secret of your economic success in a highly competitive marketplace. She's also your most prized possession, so protect her from prying eyes. The fabric of simple ambiguity will serve you well for that.
And all you men out there who can't seem to catch the woman of your dreams, take heart. This one is in the bag!
I wish every woman could see herself through a photographers eye. @the.luna.shoot trusted me to take these pictures and i was determined to show her what I see: beauty.
This is a prom shoot that I want to do it different to a regular prom. Came to this awesome piece of architecture and after a couple of shots I saw the scooter and think in something candid but with style, and here is the result. Want just a piece of the building because donโt want to miss the essence of the idea taking a wide angle just to get the whole building, I think this result is what I want to get.
It was a Homeshooting in my house with the wonderful Angelina Petrova! Look at her amazing eyes... Hope to meet her again soon.
The moment this girl walked into my studio I couldnโt believe the vibrant energy she carries with her. Kara is an incredible artist and at 13 years old her presence is something magical.
"Yesterday's Rose" with Yana Anne (IG: @yanaanne)
A story of love's bitter end. This was one image in a short series.
"Royal" On this, her seventh trip around the sun, she felt royal! From the pearls to the flowing hair, Ms. Abbi, you are all that is Royal. Simple lighting and background allowed the focus to stay on the model's soft features, while bringing forth the most prominent and striking, Eyes! Eyes! Eyes!
This picture is part of a shoot I did when I went abroad to the UK, being my first ever experience away from home and my comfort zone, where I encountered a great difference from my home in Spain. I became acquainted with the unknown, the dissimilarity of what surrounded me, but that dissimilarity became the best experience in my whole life, as well as my new home.
Shooting with the sheet is always fun. Julie nailed the shot. Her hair fell and caught great highlights, her back was curved just right, and that look! The photograph was created to bring an intimate and sensual feel without being revealing. It just worked!
I love the light and the shadow of this portrait. I felt this photo from the beginning. I really appreciate it, and thank you for award once again.
This shooting with model Viesta is part of a monochrome shooting series produced in our photo-studio in Baar, Switzerland. On this particular shot, we were working with one big light source.
This is my first male "nude" portrait. I usually switch my lowkey photos in black & white but for this serie I prefered keeping the warm skin colour.
Baroque Brunch
Exploring the unique style of the old Baroque masters like Caravaggio and Rembrandt. I wanted to have a classical Baroque style feel with a modern twist with the hamburger.
This image has a story based on the confinement that we experienced in the Dominican Republic last year. Almost 4 months in total confinement and without being able to do what I like the most, which is to create photography. 2020 was the year of learning, resilience, detachment, but above all of reinventing ourselves. My style of photography changed a lot because during that confinement I had the opportunity to meet other photographers, in a virtual way, educate myself, give a twist to everything I knew in these 12 years. One of them was Amina. She taught me to see photography from another point of view, lighting, colorization, retouching, all that I involved in the result of a good photograph. Create a whole concept to achieve this result.
My model, I call her my porcelain girl, her name is Emma and she is the being who came to give my first creations.
This man is an example of determination, intelligenge and sense of humor and I am honored to be his son. I am lucky to have such a good model in my life. I shot this picture on his last birthday.
It was a beautiful summer day when my model Yllnore and I walked through the streets of Zurich and took very nice photos.
One of them is "Beauty with Sunglasses" which shows the Shadowas of the trees and the wind in her hair.
I used natural light only.
