Sophie. I love shooting on a dark background. Although this was shot in the doorway of the studio, the falloff of light was amazing. The image also shows the motion of the hand combined with a slow shutter.

My model Sunci had the idea to shoot in her boyfriend's workshop. In this workshop, however, this sofa stood in front of a red wall.
So I had to take some pictures of her on this sofa. We made also a set where she smokes. One of a lot of very cool pictures is this one. I called it "Smoking on a Sofa".

I used a continuous LED light with a diffuser Softbox for lighting in front of her and a red LED stick behind her to highlight her contours.

The ingredients of a good picture are often quite simple. Get up early, pick up the model on time and catch the first light of the day. All jokes aside, thanks to Daniella for this elegant posing, which finally makes this photo a true piece of art. It is often the combination of the models artfulness and the photographers instinct that leads to a successful photography.

On the set of a famous Bulgarian TV series. This is a stuntman I shot after a stunt. His name is Joro Tsanov and he is a man with a very interesting history. He went through many things in his life.

It's a bit crazy, a friend asked me to borrow my studio for a session, when they finished I asked the model if she wanted to do a couple more takes and this is what came out.

He is a really cool guy. His style and attitude. It was a pleasure to shoot with him.
I like really much to shoot street wear and old look retouching.

Dogs have so many faces and personalities like humans. That’s why I enjoy taking a portraits not only of people, but dogs, too.

This photo I have taken in a hotel room in Switzerland. It was just before the lockdown started. Angelina contacted me If we could work together, so we planned this shooting in March. Outside it was still quite cold, but the weather conditions were partly cloudy, just perfect for this natural light condition.

This shot was taken in a disused mine, deep down in a Swiss mountain. Unfortunately also the phone was disused. So we couldn't order pizza...

I love this picture and the day we took it so much. I re-arranged the furniture a hundred times and had her sit, stand and lay in every position possible. We giggled and shot gorgeous picture after picture. For me the image is good, but the memories are even better.

Real portrait photography is not about photographing the outside. If you are touched by a gifted soul, you should be a light sculptor.

I have a new selection of hand painted canvas backdrops and wanted to test them. This is one of these new portraits styles that I offer my clients.

The original idea was to make some pictures of this girl together with her older brother. That boy did not really feel like it, so we ended up taking pictures of this cute girl on her own. In this picture she seems to be mocking her brother for being such a pussy.
