What do you do when you travel 2 hours to a shooting and the weather is bad? you search a location inside. That is what we did and with Celine (@celineschupbach) we went into a tropical garden. Early morning we were completely alone and it was a stunning shooting.

The quinceanera's parents wanted to reschedule the photo session because a storm was coming. I asked them to stay for a few minutes to take some photos and that's where this photo came from.

Lucas had zijn haar al een paar jaar laten groeien en nu stond hij klaar voor een laatste fotoshoot, vlak voordat hij het ging doneren. Zijn lange haar zat in een dikke vlecht, zorgvuldig tussen zijn schouderbladen gedrapeerd. In de studio werd de foto genomen: een stoer silhouet van zijn rug, met de vlecht als middelpunt. Een krachtig moment, vastgelegd voordat hij afscheid zou nemen van het haar dat hij jarenlang had verzorgd. Ik ben zo benieuwd wat jullie interpreteren bij deze foto.
