Thirteenth Collection
This is a natural light portrait of the beautiful Patricia Faolli. I love dynamic images that evoke emotions. We found a bunch of flower petals on the grass nearby and I suggested she blow them towards me. It worked out great and I was able to capture this image. Really love this one.
For my kind of pictures, the styling often is particularly important. Here I was inspired by the skin, with the make-up in white and the rich floral decoration on the head. The contrast is very dramatic and is supported by the pose and attitude of the hands.

Photo was taken in my own studio, I photographed the model using a two light setup. Edited in Photoshop and Exposure. My aim was to get a painterly look.
This picture from completely simply appeared with natural light, near a river, in the in the middle of the city. I love the depth of this look. Thank you Alexandra (FB @Alexandra โ Modelpage)
This photo was part of my first photo-shooting with my model Jennifer.
I was really very surprised, how professional she subsided in front of the camera.
I like her expressive and natural beauty.
We have taken many great pictures.
It was a wonderful shooting day with her.
Thank you Jennifer

The subject of this photo, Estefania, studied Flamenco dance for many years and decided to improvise some flamenco poses during our shoot. The photo session took place outdoors, just before sunset. Using both ambient light and strobe, the result is an image that I believe captures both her beauty and grace.
I took the portrait during a break. I caught Lelo in this pose. Lucky me I had the camera nearby and I was able to take this portrait.

True passion transcends physical boundaries seeking every opportunity to grow. Bunny (pictured center) expresses herself through ink at Henna Charlotte. The details and intricacy of her work is absolutely astounding. Emily of Emmy Eff Designs.(left) speaks through her skills as a metalsmith and the amazing jewelry designer who created the rings, bracelets and necklaces you see in this image. Mary-beth Arthur (top) feeds your mind and soul with her ukulele. Mariah van Kleef (right) has such a beautiful voice that speaks so much more than mere words. When these artists asked me to photograph them I wanted every image to somehow capture the passion and talent they possess. This pose spoke to me on so many levels. Take from it what you will. It was truly an honor to work with these talented and beautiful ladies.

"Go Fish"
This singular picture from the entire Lifestyle Session says it all...their cuteness together...the sweetness of their sisterhood. Capturing real life between siblings has to be the icing on the glorious cake that is called by dream job.
This is a portrait of my son! Just a bit of fun with a ring light and my go to 50mm lens. I try to get the aperture just to a point where the focus fades away at the ears. In this case it was f3.2
I made this as an experiment with lighting gels. I wanted to convey the different shades of a person's personality. I love the mood and the contrast.
Recently I did a project as a tribute to the beauty of redheads. The model in this image was one of my favourites. There is something fairy-like about the beautiful red hair, the milky white skin, the freckles, and the enigmatic eyes.

The shooting was inspired by the themes of the Middle Ages. I found the repeated geometric pattern of the steps of the cathedral in the background. And I like how it fits with the look of the model.
This is the small but fierce Patricia Faolli. She came to the photoshoot wearing this awesome yellow leather jacket that looked amazing on her. We were going to shoot other wardrobe for a client that day but she looked so amazing in the jacket that we spent the first hour of the shoot, capturing images of her with the jacket. Lol. Sometimes the feeling will getcha and you have to follow you gut!! Love the series of images I got that day. My client ended up using the images for another campaign.
The idea of this day was to create a "beautiful" setting. But outside is was cold a grey at the time, so we felt, that we needed some color to warm things up. KC, the model, created the styling and I tried to underline it with my postprocessing: having a golden tone in the background and flying petals, that added some dynamic mood to the picture.
