Fifty-First Collection

This Shot is the very first Portrait I took after my season of studies with Sue Bryce. It was a very important step because, after years of studying and practicing photography, it was the very first time I was able to take a deep breath and find the courage to take part in international competition.

This shot was taken in an underground car park, in the business district downtown Melbourne, Australia, using only available light on a rather wet and dull day.

It was a beautiful warm summer evening when I met my Model Vanessa to take some shots out in the fields not far away from where we live. The selected photo, I called it "an evening in the fields", is just one of the many fantastic photos we made during this evening. I retouched the pictures to get these brown warm colors for a unique look. The light source was natural light only.

This is Tyron Lardy, a member of the Dutch Karate team. We did this shoot with some smoke and some color at the end of the shoot with this photo as a result.

I really love the rawness of this shot of @ram.rama.26 ! It was a fantastic experience to work with him as he was such a funny guy and very professional.

This spontaneous shot was taken in Frankfurt. Many thanks to the model @kim.berleeey. Fortunately, it was quite windy, so that her hair has been blown up. Light on her skin was created by a sun reflection on a windowpane.

This is a dramatic shot of Morgan Stewart for an editorial shoot. I love mixing 2 colors in a portrait using gels while highlighting the facial features of the lips.

As always, the light is much more interesting at the end of the day. Again in my garden, with the magnificent Caroline for this little portrait of a wolf girl...
