Meine Leidenschaft für die Fotografie habe ich 2001 an der Fotoakademie in Graz unter der Leitung von Hermann Herzerle mit einem erfolgreichen Abschluss vertieft. Diese einjährige Ausbildung bildete den Grundstein für meinen fotografischen Werdegang und vermittelte mir nicht nur fundierte technische Kenntnisse, sondern auch ein tiefes Verständnis für die Kunst, Geschichten mit Bildern zu erzählen. Nach meiner akademischen Ausbildung habe ich mich kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt, zahlreiche Fotoprojekte umgesetzt und mich immer wieder neuen kreativen Herausforderungen gestellt. Jede Aufnahme und jedes Projekt haben mir neue Perspektiven eröffnet und mich dazu motiviert, meinen fotografischen Stil und meine Fähigkeiten stetig zu verfeinern. Mein Anspruch ist es, mit jedem Bild Emotionen einzufangen und authentische, einzigartige Momente festzuhalten. Mit langjähriger Erfahrung und echter Leidenschaft für die Fotografie bin ich stolz darauf, Menschen und Ereignisse in ihrer schönsten und ehrlichsten Form zu dokumentieren – und Erinnerungen zu schaffen, die ein Leben lang bleiben.

I am a Dutch Canadian photographer with a passion for children’s en dog photography. They are both very unpredictable and fun to work with ☺️ I love to travel and do so as much as possible. I grew up in Canada and enjoyed nature at the cottage of my grandparents a few hours north of Toronto. I see the time I spent there during my childhood as one of the most happiest times of my life. I cherish the memories of helping my grandfather build his cottage from scratch. Being allowed to wander the forests and discover all kinds of animals has made me appreciate nature.

My work moves between boudoir, fine art portraiture and personal storytelling. Alongside photography, I work in the medical field as a radiology professional. This background strongly influences how I approach my subjects: with care, respect and an awareness of vulnerability. Trust and respect are central to my work. I prefer simple setups, natural light when possible, and a calm atmosphere. My aim is not to impress with complexity, but to create images that feel true and lasting. Rachel Eapen is a fine art and conceptual photographer based in Oman. She is drawn to the spaces where silence speaks and shadows breathe. Her work explores the unseen layers of identity and emotion, using light and shadow as both veil and revelation. Rooted in tradition yet reaching toward the abstract, each image becomes a dialogue between concealment and disclosure, fragility and strength. Through portraiture and experimental forms, she dissolves cultural, emotional, and visual boundaries, inviting viewers into a shared space of reflection. Her photography captures presence: how one feels, remembers, and chooses to be seen. She has exhibited in Oman, Dubai, and Athens, where her work is recognized for its unique storytelling.

Let me introduce myself: I’m Naomi, 40 years old, originally from Vlissingen — the most beautiful seaside town. I worked in healthcare for 21 years, mainly supporting people with all types of dementia, mental health challenges, and disabilities. In 2013, I met the love of my life, Robbert. For him, I left Vlissingen and have been living in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen ever since. We got married in 2015, and in the meantime we’ve become the proud parents of three beautiful girls: Guusje, Saar, and Hanne. Currently, I work three days a week for a wonderful company as a phlebotomy technician and planner. I’ve always had a fascination with photography, but since the end of 2023 I’ve been pursuing it more seriously — and it has gradually become a bigger part of my life. The more I practice, the more I learn. My goal is to make people happy with beautiful memories, always striving to capture authenticity and real emotion.
