Hi, I’m Maaike Kampert — photographer, storyteller, light lover, and mom of three. I live with my husband Kees (the sweetest!) and our children — Eva, Joep, and Yara — in one of the most beautiful fortified towns in the Netherlands: Woudrichem. My passion? Capturing the moments that truly matter, bathed in beautiful, warm light. The golden hour is my absolute favorite — it’s no coincidence they call me the Queen of the Golden Hour. There’s just something magical about that light: it makes every image feel timeless, soft, and full of emotion. Perfect for telling your story.

I work closely with families to understand their vision and make sure each session is relaxed and enjoyable, resulting in timeless portraits they’ll treasure for years to come. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that the photos I create will be cherished by families for generations. Helping parents collect memories of their children’s early years is a true privilege, and I am grateful to be a part of their journey in preserving these moments for the future. I started family photography in 2020 after the birth of my son. I immediately realized that I simply couldn't have enough photos of him and assumed that all mothers (and fathers) felt the same way. For me, I have found the meaning of life with family photography - in my private life I am a mother and in my professional life I am a family photographer - these two parts of my life can be combined wonderfully and I am incredibly happy that I am on this path together with my family and all the other families I get to know on my way. An integral part of family photography are also portraits - the children, the parents - not only together as a family or in maternity shoots, but also stand alone.

I spent several years photographing horses, learning to read animals, their movement and their subtle expressions. Recently I made the switch to dog photography—and that is where I truly found my passion. The joyful energy of dogs, their honesty and character, inspire me every time I pick up my camera. Most of my work is created outdoors, in forests and natural landscapes. I love capturing dogs in places where they feel free and confident, surrounded by the colours and textures of nature. Photography for me is about atmosphere and connection. Being out in the woods with these happy four-legged companions is the best part of my work. Through my images I want to show their individuality and the beauty of simple, authentic moments.

My name is Yoni but everyone always calls me Yoon, 33 years old and living in Geldermalsen together with my boyfriend and dog Nora. I am a dog and lifestyle photographer throughout the Netherlands. Ever since I was a little girl I have been going out with my camera, I have had several in the past, small digital cameras and even with film. Wherever I was, my camera was even in the pub or at a festival! Since 2014 my SLR camera and since 2023 my System camera! I wouldn't want anything else! I have ADHD and am very perfectionistic, this is a good quality but sometimes it gets in my way with editing. It is never good enough haha.
