At Fur Focus Fotografie, I tell stories through images, with dogs as the main characters. Warm light, soft tones and thoughtful composition form my signature. I search for the moment when posture and expression come together in a pure and timeless portrait.
My name is Elise Moerland, a 23-year-old photographer from Zeeland, the Netherlands. I spent several years photographing horses, learning to read animals, their movement and their subtle expressions. Recently I made the switch to dog photography—and that is where I truly found my passion. The joyful energy of dogs, their honesty and character, inspire me every time I pick up my camera.
Most of my work is created outdoors, in forests and natural landscapes. I love capturing dogs in places where they feel free and confident, surrounded by the colours and textures of nature.
Photography for me is about atmosphere and connection. Being out in the woods with these happy four-legged companions is the best part of my work. Through my images I want to show their individuality and the beauty of simple, authentic moments.
