Eighth Collection

A photo from one of my earliest shoots where I was trying to create a portrait of a redhead in nature while focusing on the perfect anatomy of the face and the emotional gaze.

The Crow...
This photoshoot was done in beautiful Los Cabos Mexico and I was so excited to collaborate with published & well known model Chrissy Santana and the talented hairstylist Lupita Gomez! I'm sure the staff at the hotel I was staying at must have really wondered about all the black feathers floating around my room from constructing the full costume, and winged cape! It was really beautiful to see her floating around the sandy beach in the costume and I am so happy I had the opportunity to work with these beautiful ladies!

Phoenix

Little Ellie is a star in front of the camera. We absolutely LOVE shooting with her as she always gives us our fiercest looks! Here, Ellie plays a phoenix, her favorite mythical creature, and we couldn't love it any more!

We are always looking to create new interesting and unusual stylings. Halloween was close and we wanted to try a styling that is equally beautiful and dark. And that is the result :-)

This portrait of Bianca was taken during a trip to Mexico City. She is a model from Buenos Aires, and this headshot was taken just before moving to New York to pursue her career in the modeling capital of the world. I like this portrait of her because the innocence of her eyes are reminiscent of one of the primary female archetypes of french cinema.

This photo was taken on a hot summer-afternoon in Graz ( Styria ). My model Jennifer I portrayed for the first time. I really like the meditativeness and the surprises at the shooting. Thereout this portrait accrued with wonderful natural light.

Dreamscapes.
If I were to put the color and mood of my dreams in one capture, this one comes closest... Here I made use of natural light, wind, and PS toning to enhance the dreamy surreal mood further

Victorian & Geisha styled photoshoot in beautiful Victoria BC. I met Jemmy at a Forever 21 in Victoria BC while visiting and just thought she was stunning! I asked her if she would ever consider modeling for me and she said yes! The rest is history and I am really happy with how this shoot turned out!

This is a picture of my series ´summer freckles´. A play of light and shadow in the face of the model created this natural portrait on a meadow.

Mermaid

We had a blast taking photos with Jaclyn on the coast of Rhode Island. Her dream is to be a mermaid and we were able to make that dream come true together!
