One Hundred and Eleventh Collection
Two elegant Weimaraners, perfectly posed in the heart of Innsbruck.
I met them during a photo trip through Austria—and yes, they totally stole the show.
Urban charm, alpine grace, and just the right amount of doggy drama.
This whole shoot with this beautiful young woman is to this day one of my favorite shoots. Not just because she's a very special human to me, the photos are also one of the best photos I ever took.
She was lying in the water like it was her natural home. You can see the peace and calmness in her facial expression. Truly a beautiful moment!
Those eyes. So full of wonder, light and innocence. This portrait freezes a fleeting moment, a glance, a thought, a tiny spark of personality. Timeless and simple, just as childhood should be.

"Youth in Still Light" (girl with long hair)
This portrait reflects the subtle strength and self-awareness of early youth. Her expression holds both playfulness and introspection. I chose a soft, directional light to gently sculpt her features and let her presence speak for itself—free from artifice, rooted in authenticity.
In the heart of Leiden, where their love began,
they now await a new chapter—hand in hand,
their kiss carrying the promise of new life.
Salvatore in Portrait
He came all the way from Spain for this “Giggles in Portrait”. Such a handsome and interesting face he has. He spoke some English but his dad translated most of our conversation. And even though we had that ‘barrier’ i could not be happier with the results.
A clear and calm portrait, photographed without added styling or posing. The simplicity of the image allows the subject to speak for herself.
Meet Coosje, our sweet Heidewachtel and my loyal location scout.
Whenever I test a new spot, she’s right there. posing like she owns the forest.
She takes her job very seriously… especially when treats are involved.
This amazing woman truly dared to be free while shooting.
She really let go of any believes she might have had before shooting and enjoyed the moment. That's what this amazing moment is from.
"Silence in Shadow" (man with closed eyes)
A study in solitude and surrender. With his eyes closed, the subject turns inward, illuminated just enough to hint at the contours of vulnerability and strength. This image is about the spaces we hold inside ourselves—where light and shadow are no longer opposites, but partners in presence.
