Tenth Collection
This was a special shoot with two young beauty girls, wich are sisters. Both have so amazing hair, that i decided to show that on a picture.
A dreamy child portrait under a dramatic natural light where I shot against the sun in order to purposely create a lens flare which spilled over the subject. The dual toning of warm vs cold was given extra care in order to add depth to the portrait and immerse the girl more in her surroundings all while making her effortlessly standout.
Just remember... all magic comes at a cost.

This is photo of my series ´feel and pain´. The amazing @jennaaota had the courage, to look behind the bandage. It was an idea of me and thanks jenna, which she has participated in.
This is a picture taken in last autumn. The shoot was basically finished and the girl was ready to go. I persuaded her to a few super relaxed sunny photos. I wanted a shot of her feeling relaxed on a perfect day at sunset. These pics were almost the most beautiful pics of this day.
Photography to me is about energy and connection.
The way you feel about some people will tell you if this connection flows.
The photo was taken for a project about violence against women, and I captured the moment of resignation.
the Italian actress Penelope Landini has been able to live and represent those feelings.
I really love the wonderful, strong colors of the autumn leaves,
mixed with the sunset light and the prettiness of my model.
One of my best photos I have ever taken !!
Thank you, Jennifer!

@alex_ride is The model in this photo. We set up a shoot in downtown Los Angeles and she brought a beautiful flower arrangement with her. She took it apart and go this cabbage out of the arrangement and we decided to get some shots with it and I was able to capture this shot of her.

I took this portrait with Katja, amazing model here in Joensuu, Finland. We were just playing around with ideas and trying different things with my new studio at old locomotive barracks and we made this beautiful portrait of her.
Spring perfection. This is a picture taken last spring. The girl was sitting in a field. I asked the model to just dress the way she felt most comfortable. I wanted a shot of her feeling relaxed, feeling like she's feeling when everything's perfectly fine, on a perfect spring evening, at sunset.
What started out as a completely different theme for this session turned out for the better.
This session was meant to take place in the water but ended up being done in the lush greens.

Russia, Moscow. August 2014.
From a series of studio-photo-shoots in Moscow.
Ecological threats, like global warming, are evidence of climate change, including heat waves, rising sea-levels, flooding, melting glaciers, early arrival of spring, and coral reef bleaching.
With this image, I attempt to portray the astounding beauty of coral reefs - a reminder that perhaps that it is not too late to act promptly to mitigate its effects, and how each of us can contribute to a solution.
I simply love telling background stories about the photo itself, the model (here @stevenepprecht) and the teamwork, which proves to be key (at least for me). Behind blue eyes, I'd say or rather sing. We both fell in love immediately with the available light on this location. It accentuates his face in a beautiful and still authentic way. No extra light needed. To work with this outstanding male model and at the same time very very good friend is always an honor (and a lot of fun!). It is not only his appearance (we all can see that) but rather his tireless attitude, talent and passion. These aspects combined with my perfectionistic goal to get the "WOW-captures" make the job so incredibly beautiful.
This image was taken during a wedding reception at the Pittsburgh Glass Center. The beautiful bride walked into her groom's cigar bar, grabbed a cigar and turned with a smile on her face. In that instant, a moment was captured that will last a lifetime.
The beautiful, Iris Woo is a singer and model in Vancouver. The photo session was so special as she performed a number of Jazz standards with heart and soul. Her presence filled the room. It is such a privilege to capture her passion and share it with a wider audience.
Captured in december 2016.
Tatiana and her fiance have 2 kids and plan to get merried in summer 2017.
I adore couples that trust me to capture the best moments of their lifes.
They made that wonderful winter day as a lovely snow story.
Trully emotions and live, storrytelling composition with minimum post-processing.
It is always a chalenge for me - capture a fairytale for couple with happy end and eternal love and affection ever after.
A portrait under natural light where I tried to evoke a surreal timeless feeling through the girl's posture, dreamy gaze, and color toning.

I made a whole series of pictures with Laura. One was more beautiful than the other, because Laura is so pretty and so professional at the same time. When I look at it this picture still touches me again and again in a very special way. An incredible expression, a bit serious, but very intense and direct.
