This self-portrait was part of a test: I wanted to check if I could use our colour-changing light bulbs instead of my very extensive lighting equipment. And it turns out: Yes, that's possible! And I love the combination of cold colored light surrounding me and the warmth of a single candle.

I took this portrait of my friend Bina, a wonderful musician and singer, one year ago when we met at Elbenwald Festival in Germany. We had a perfect sunset and she wore a self made medieval costume. It was a perfect combination. I'm still in love with this photo!

I took this photo a few months ago during a photo trip to Saxon Switzerland. We had a wonderful sunset at the Gamrig. When I was editing this photo I decided to add even more magic to it with the help of this halo behind Alina.

This photo was taken in a fantasy bridal couple shoot. Bride and groom are big fantasy fans and it was a great pleasure for me to do this special shoot with them.

I love to shoot with Frauke. She is such a beautiful woman, on the inside and on the outside. In combination with this wonderful sunset it was the perfect shooting.

You can find little miracles everywhere in your life. Sometimes you just have to rest and take a closer look in order to find them.

Choosing a favourite colour is difficult for me, if I had to pick some I'd simply say: summer. And I tried to encorporate that into a picture of myself showcasing both growth and fragility with the flowers.
