Stuart is a Los Angeles native, father of two and has been a photographer since 1998. Having accumulated professional experience at several other well-established wedding and portrait studios in both the United States, as well as Israel. Townsley Portraits was founded in 2006 - growing into a full-service, fine art studio. Stuart loves cultivating “moments” - whether it's finding that perfect pose or helping families capture the fleeting shot that encapsulates the love they share and the joy they find in each other. Stuart also brings a unique obsession with styling and home design in order to make sure that your final portraits are not just a masterpiece, but a custom-designed masterpiece specifically for the dynamic of your own home.

Stuart's experience behind the camera translates to an artistic - yet still quick, fun - and engaging portrait sessions. He also is a fine art landscape photographer whose work is featured online, in galleries and restaurants within Los Angeles.
